EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Developed by Gary Craig in the USA, EFT is now used extensively by therapists across the globe. Emotional Freedom Technique is sometimes described as emotional acupuncture.
Using gentle tapping techniques combined with careful choice of words, EFT releases emotional attachments to unhelpful memories, allowing you to change your response and move on. EFT is especially helpful with issues such as phobias, unwanted habits and weight control. It is effective with children too.
As an EFT therapist I will show you how to use the technique yourself, meaning you can treat issues as they occur, rapidly and easily.
