Clinical Hypnotherapy and Performance Coaching

Welcome

Diana Penny - hpnotherapy and hypnosis, business coaching and life coaching

I am Diana Penny, hypnotherapist and personal performance coach based in South London.

I am a registered clinical hypnotherapist, specialising in health and wellbeing. I draw on a selection of techniques appropriate to individual clients, using hypnotherapeutic techniques combined with NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, life coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) in order to support my clients to make the changes they want to.

I deal with issues including weight control, stop smoking, confidence, public speaking, stammering, self esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, IBS, phobias, fertility, pregnancy and childbirth.

So whether you want to say goodbye to an unwanted habit or behaviour, get relief from an emotional issue, or simply have more self-confidence to make that important change in your life, I can help.

I am also an accredited life coach, working with businesses, organisations and individuals in London and around the world. You may consider being coached if you want to make changes in your life, improve things that aren't working well, and if you want to learn some tools and techniques to enable you to fulfil your potential. Using a toolkit of proven and effective models, coaching is suitable for: improving your career prospects, relationship challenges, work/life balance, financial management, health and fitness goals, plus any area of your life that you would like to gain control over.

Call me for a chat on 020 8767 0791 and I can answer any specific questions you may have. Or click here to email me.

I have clinics in Tooting Bec, Balham and Harley Street and also work with clients by phone and email. By arrangement I can do home visits in Balham, Tooting, Streatham, Wandsworth and Fulham.
