Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is one of the oldest forms of therapy, existing in all early cultures in various forms. Using the power of your subconscious mind, hypnotherapy helps you to make beneficial changes in your behaviour. It is a safe and enjoyable way to deal with unwanted habits and behaviours.

Hypnotherapy can help with issues such as weight control, smoking, anxiety, stress, confidence, IBS, self-esteem, infertility, pregnancy and childbirth.

Life Coaching

Coaching is not technically a therapy, rather a structured relationship in which to look carefully at your life and make the changes you need to make in order to be more fulfilled. Using a toolkit of well-proven exercises and techniques, the coaching relationship facilitates you to define your goals and agree actions in order to achieve them.

Coaching works very well in both personal and business environments, and is highly effective at enabling teams to co-operate and collaborate to deliver projects and results more successfully.

 

EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique is sometimes described as emotional acupuncture.  Using gentle tapping techniques combined with careful choice of words, it releases emotional attachments to unhelpful memories. EFT is especially helpful with issues such as phobias, unwanted habits and weight control.
